Connecting third party app to yahoo mail
I am trying to connect a devive to my yahoo mail. I have generated an app password and set the incoming mail server to imap.mail.yahoo.com port 993 but it fails to connect. There is no option in the setup for rauires SSL. Can you help?

Hello, @joersmith Xfinity will continue to provide support for customers whose comcast.net email accounts are still on the Xfinity Mail platform (not migrated to Yahoo Mail). Yahoo will provide support for customers who experience issues after they have migrated their comcast.net email accounts to Yahoo Mail. Note that once an email account is migrated, Xfinity no longer provides support for it. Have you sought help at welcome.yahoo.com for support video and articles? There is also an interactive chatbot that can connect customers with a live agent for assistance. There's also a dedicated support line at 1-866-764-7650 for live Yahoo support assistance.
