Composing emails unexpectedly move into Drafts folder before completion

When composing emails, after a minute or two, they suddenly freeze and move into the Drafts folder. I then have to go into Drafts, and open them up there to finish composing and sending. Sometimes it even freezes again in Drafts, creating an additional copy in Drafts! Been happening for months now. Anybody help??

Comcast technical support appears to be non existent.  Even the Chairman of the Board appears to be not interested in the dissatisfaction of his customers.   I have sent him 2 letters outlining the problem and requesting his involvement in getting the problem resolved.  I the belief that his staff has kept him from seeing the letters, I am considering sending one to him at his home address.

@user_47fd12​ I continue direct messaging with tech support. My messages are growing more and more confrontational as they appear to be doing nothing but giving my lip service. 

Here's the most recent after I requested to discuss with a "supervisor":

"Hello, thanks for reaching out today. My name is Jason, I'm a member of the supervisor support team. I'm truly sorry for the delay in the resolution of this issue. I reached out to our advanced support team on this and they're working with our engineering team to provide an update. As soon as we have any new information, I'll be sure to follow up with you."

This is almost exactly the same response every time I message them.
