composing Comcast emails

Gee, I wonder why on this particular message it ACTUALLY gives you a "Font" option!!!!  & what about retrieving emotions which had been saved from previous use?  Or perhaps trying to attach files after the email has been written....ie message not scrolling to the top to find "Attach Files".  or even closing an email after it has been read & you'd like it to be removed from view so that you can get back to your email list. & view another email.

Im sorry but these issues have been happening on & off on my acct for some time now.  Will they ever be fixed???
