compose email

i can't compose or reply to emails.  getting error messages that my email is not correct

How are you accessing your email?  Try signing out of the account and back in again.

I am having the same problem. I receive and can read email but not compose a reply. I can send a new email using compose but lose the thread.

I'm using Chrome as my browser and am on a MacBook Pro. All are up to date.

Assuming you are using only the webmail and Chrome--------

 
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
