I have repeatedly received unwanted emails from someone. I have attempted numerous times to block this person using the "filter rules". This feature does not work. How difficult could it possibly be to offer a drop down menu to block this sender? Xfinity is designed to ensure that customer service is nonexistent. Here I am reaching out to other customers in the hope of help rather being able to access the business that I am paying for service.

paloma_r Thank you for reaching out! Is this coming from the same domain on both emails, or is it a varied domain on the various messages?
