How are you trying to access the email? Using only a browser and the webmail UI? Or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird? The mail app on a phone? What happens when you try to sign into the account?  Can you sign in here?------------------

400 Bad Request

 Try clearing your cookies and cache, then sign out of your account.  Close your browser and then restart your computer.  Then start a new session.
