@user_1d017u it's Google Chrome or just Chrome. Google is the website [google.com] and Chrome is the browser. 😉
@Nlw2you posted your email address in public leaving you open to a great deal of spam. Never post any personal identifying information in public because it can be "harvested" and used in a lot of nefarious ways.
Hello 5123! Thanks for sharing the trouble you are having with accessing your email in the app as well. I'm sorry that you are having trouble. Email is a great way to communicate, so it's necessary to make sure we have full access to our inboxes. You mentioned the Xfinity app for reviewing your email. Xfinity app is great for managing your account and network devices, however it does not support accessing your email in the app. You would have to use a third party email client or our website like @Again shared above https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite@Latoque offered a great option as well with clearing the cache and history on the browser to see if that helps. Are you still unable to access your email?
