I have been paying for Comcast since May 1, 2025. Why can't I access my Comcast email ([Edited: "Personal Information"])?
How are you accessing your email? at the website or using a third party email app? Are you getting any errors? If so, what are they? Have you migrated to Yahoo yet? If so, you need to go to mail.yahoo.com and log in with your @comcast.net credentials.

Comcast email is migrating to Yahoo! Mail. If you want to keep your comcast.net email you will have to transfer to Yahoo! Mail, otherwise you will eventually lose your comcast.net email address. When you migrate to yahoo you will keep your @comcast.net email address.

Hey there user_4ma3pa as @Again mentioned, since Comcast email is being migrated to Yahoo, it will direct you to Yahoo. You will need to complete the steps as directed in order for your Comcast email to remain active, under the Yahoo platform. Please let us know if you require any assistance.
