Xfinity email is migrating to Yahoo mail, when you were receiving emails did you happen to get a notification of the migration, and start the migration process? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview

Are you going to webmail to login? Have you been using a third party email app? Are you getting any errors? If so, what are they? When was the last time you logged in to webmail?
