Cannot receive notifications from a submission on Jotform from email [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Tried 3 different comcast.net accounts.

Good afternoon,

A majority of comcast.net users that have received emails from the domain have manually marked their emails as spam. Due to this, they are having issues in sending large volumes of emails to our comcast.net users. I have put in place a solution, but if they continue to get marked by our users for spam then they will likely have further issues. Let me know if you're having better success now with receiving emails from them.

This is NOT resolved.  I cannot receive emails from a company we pay $100/month for because someone unrelated to my organization marked THEIR emails as spam.  At least let it show up in my spam folder, or let me and my colleagues receive the emails to our inbox and send others to their spam folder.

It is a paid service... no sure who would send to spam.

Need replies from "noreply" AT formresponse DOT com and "noreply" AT jotform DOT com

Good morning,

Checking our server logs I am able to confirm that they are able to send emails to comcast.net with much more success, but when I try to verify if any were directed at your email - I find no results. This indicates that they are able to send to comcast.net, but simply aren't sending to you specifically. You will want to double check they have the correct email on file for you and verify their server logs to see why they are not sending to specifically you.

I can say this problem is not resolved yet. I develop JotForms and tried to send to my Comcast again today and nothing comes through. This problem has to be addressed because gmail accepts them just fine but we can't dictate which email provider our customers use. What is the answer to this? I'd much prefer that they at least go to my Spam folder.

Hello... I was instructed by Jotform to check out this post because I too am not receiving emails from Jotform through my comcast account. I have whitelisted all of their email addresses and domain names and still, they are the only ones I am not receiving emails for. Has anyone figured out this dilemma yet?

Thought I should also mention that I did receive an email (back in March2022) from a sales rep at Jotform. His email came from @jotform DOT com. Why was I able to receive his emails but nothing else being sent by Jotform? I signed up with Jotform using a Gmail account and was able to receive all emails through that account. I recently changed my email account address (with Jotform) to my comcast account and cannot even verify my address with Jotform because the verification isn't getting through to my Comcast account.

I'm checking my firewalls to see if that could have possibilities. But so far, nothing is working to get Jotform through to my Comcast email account.

Someone, please let me know if/when you've figured this out. Thank you.
