Exactly what happens when you try to sign into the account?  Are you getting to the Inbox page?  How are you trying to access the email?

Once you have migrated to Yahoo there is no going back.  If you delete your @comcast.net email there you will lose it completely.

Make sure you are signing in to your @comcast.net email at Yahoo using your entire @comcast.net email address [ xxxxx@comcast.net].

How are you trying to access your email?  Using the website or using a third party email app?

Apparently you signed in to the Community Forums around September 2024.  If you have been receiving notifications from here you can remove them by going into your Profile here on the Forums and choosing Notifications & Preferences.

  • Click on your profile avatar in the upper right corner next to the bell.
  • Choose Profile Settings
  • Click on the Notifications & Preferences tab
  • Uncheck everything

There really is no way to be removed from the Forums, but removing the notifications is the closest thing to it.

If you mean your Comcast email----it's Comcast.net, not .com.

Hello - can't log into my Comcast email either.

When I go to:

https://www.xfinity.com/email

and then sign in, I am redirected to:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information

If instead I click on my account profile icon on the top right and click "Check email"

I also get redirected to 

ttps://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information

Any suggestions?
