You'll have to elaborate why you can't get into your email. How are you trying to access it? webmail or a third party app? What happens when you try? Any error messages, and if so what are they?

We'd be more than happy to help, but we'll need a little more detail about what you're experiencing. Are you unable to open your email when signing in directly to the website, or are you having issues opening them through a 3rd party email client like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird?
