Comcast.net email settings

“Comcast server is unavailable”

I can’t get this email setup on this iPhone 14

please know I do not have a vpn, I have checked all settings and deleted and re-added this account many times with the same error. 

I can’t find the gear in Xfinity to allow third party email app(iPhone) but is that my problem?
