Thank you for reaching out @sunvaler There is a chance if you have not accessed the email for years that it may no longer exist. You visit the link: xfinity.com/username to locate your username. Once you have your username, you can go to xfinity.com/password to update your password.

Visit connect.xfinity.com.
Enter your Xfinity ID and password.
Approve the sign-in attempt.

Ensure you access your email at least once every 24 months to keep your account active.

Former Xfinity customers can still access their Xfinity Email account if they logged in using the Xfinity Email website within 90 days prior to disconnecting their service. If you haven't accessed your email within that timeframe, you will no longer have access. For any issues, you can visit the Xfinity support site for assistance. If you are a current customer, you must sign in at least once every 24 months to keep your email account active.
