After logging in tells me Comcast.net email is now through yahoo email. ????
Yes, that's correct. Comcast is migrating all email addresses to Yahoo! Mail. It sounds as though you got the invitation to move your comcast.net email there. Once at yahoo.com you will retain your comcast.net email address and you'll log in using your comcast.net credentials. Before you actually migrate you'll need to accept Yahoo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and then follow the prompts on the screen.

How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.
