Comcast.net email not working

I received motices from xfinity to renew my comcast.net email account which i did..several times. I've had mo emails since two weeks ago.

Hello Cblumemc, have you already reset the password? That is normally the last step of the reactivation for the account. Here is the link where you can handle the reset of that password.

"Renew your account" emails are often phishing emails. If you clicked a link in the email and entered your ID and password to "renew", you probably gave that info to a scammer. It would be best to check with Comcast Security Assurance. You can reach them at the phone number listed on  https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
