How do I get the book I ordered that was sent to my [Edited: "Personal Information"] email, which is not working.  Can you forward my purchase to [Edited: "Personal Information"]

We can't forward anything, sorry.  Was this an ebook?

Why isn't your email working?  Are you trying to log in to webmail, or are you using a third party email app?  Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?

To make sure we point you in the right direction, could you share a bit more about what’s happening on your end? And just to double‑check, have you already upgraded your comcast.net email experience to Yahoo Mail?
