How do I get the book I ordered that was sent to my [Edited: "Personal Information"] email, which is not working.  Can you forward my purchase to [Edited: "Personal Information"]

We can't forward anything, sorry.  Was this an ebook?

Why isn't your email working?  Are you trying to log in to webmail, or are you using a third party email app?  Are you getting any error messages and if so what are they?

And just to double‑check, have you already upgraded your comcast.net email experience to Yahoo Mail?
