comcast to yahoo email disaster

went to go to yahoo email thingy. things went south. cannot fix email. ai assistance is stupid. live help from the other side of the world is dumber. had comcast visit coming, comcast canceled. still no email service. never seen a company go out its way to make customers VERY UNHAPPY. 

btw comcast, there are other suppliers in my area. bet you they will take my business.,
