Comcast SPAM screening and LOST EMAILS - BLACKHOLE ALLERT
I have received an email from my friend and was keeping his message in my Inbox for answering a little later, three days later his message disappeared from my inbox folder. I found the message in the SPAM folder, I chose the message and clicked on the "Not-Spam" icon to send it back to my inbox folder. The message disappeared from the SPAM folder but than re-appeared at the top of spam mail again, I just repeated the "Not-Spam" operation again the message disappeared from the SPAM folder and I assumed it was sent back to my Inbox folder. When I switch back to my Inbox folder, the message I received from my friend was not there, I checke back the SPAM folder it was not there either then I checked the TRASH folder it was not there either!!! I guess we have a blackhole lurking around Comcast email boxed and capturing those back and fort moving files time-to-time. I am still wandering about the fate of that email. Where is my email??? Anybody has a clue?

When you return an email to the Inbox folder from the Trash or Spam folder, it will get put into its correct date sequence. If it's been several days since you first got it, try scrolling down and see if it's there. You could also try running a search for it.

Hi Latoque,
Off course, I am aware of original location of that email and specifically focused in time segment, I have also gone through entire collection of my mailboxes (i.e., Inbox, Spam, Trash, etc.) and could not locate the lost message. Furthermore, I have performed mail search using the sender's name, search found all of the emails I have received from that fellow except the lost mail!
