Comcast Rejects Emails without my permission

Recently Comcast starting blocking some legitimate email addresses from getting to my inbox. Some are accounts I have and need to pay. Others include my child’s school. Comcast reps are no help. Any idea how I can allow back (whitelist) email domains that have been blocked?
