Comcast outgoing server stops working between noon and 6 pm Central DST.

i can send an email from 6:00 pm to 11:50 am but between 11:51 am and 6 pm the outgoing comcast server is unavailable.  Nothing wrong with any of my settings.  I have tested it repeatedly since OCt 15, 2024.  Can't send at 5:59 pm, but they leave the outbox at 6 pm.  They must have a server set to shut down during this time.  Probably meant it to be shut down midnight to 6 am, but got the time wrong.  I have called the help line 3 times in the last 7 days and they are hopeless to understand their server has been taken temporarily out of service.  The last help person told me they didn't want to support their email system on laptops anymore.  Probably time we all cancelled our cable bill.
