Comcast keeps blocking Email account while traveling

I am traveling overseas and every couple of days Comcast blocks access to my email accounts.  For my 3 email addresses I have had to reset passwords about 11 times in 3 weeks. There's no apparent pattern to the blocking.   I am using a VPN so it should look to Comcast that I am connecting from the US. I cannot call Comcast security as their toll-free number cannot be accessed from outside US. The chat 'support' was useless.

Why is my account being blocked repeatedly?  I am ready to ditch Comcast when I get back to US.
Thanks.

The only solution I can think of would be to try and set the Comcast account to auto-forward to some other email account you have like Gmail, or Yahoo or some other while you are out of the country.  Comcast email has always been problematic outside the U. S.

@Mk2021 i've sent you a PM to get more information.

Generally, its not an issue of where you access from, but rather how you access it with. Anyone that regularly travels is very susceptible and vulnerable to spoofed WiFi connections at public locations and introduce high risk situations where someone other than you may gain access to your account. This includes public charging stations at transportation hubs as there have been instances publicized about them to be susceptible to compromise/being tampered with. Generally I would recommend only accessing your personal accounts online via secured private connections and refrain from using public free connections to maintain best account security practices.

I provided you the info you requested severaldays ago. Any progress on finding a solution?  Since replying to you I have had to reset my password 6 times.

we investigated the issue again and found something else that was likely causing the problem. A fix has been put in place as of today.

Thank you. I'll let you know if there are further problems. Can you tell me what the issue is?  I want to avoid this problem on future trips.
