‘Comcast is not available’ when trying to access my comcast email on iPad

‘Comcast is not available’ when trying to access my comcast email on iPad.  How do I resolve this as my comcast email works fine on my iPhone.

After updating to ios16.1 I can not get Comcast email. I get “Comcast is currently unavailable” error message How do I resolve?

Please don't create separate posts for the same issue.  If you need to add information to a post you made, you can either click on comment or reply and add to it or you can click on the three dots to the right of your post and choose edit to add your information.

Go into settings, mail, accounts and double check your email address and password as well as the sending and receiving server. If you get check marks by everything you should be good. I updated to iPad  16.1 two days ago with no interruption in email service. Try to reboot your iPad. If all is correct on the iPad settings call Apple Care.
