Comcast emails

My emails are ALL going to trash.  When checking the settings under Mail, I do not have Filter Rules.

user_nhn70n That is odd for sure, thank you for stopping in for help with your emails going right to the trash. I would be reaching out as well if I kept missing messages. Are you by chance also using a third-party email app to check your email?

If you are logging in directly to your email at https://www.xfinity.com/email are you by chance seeing that these messages are flagged as spam and being deleted due to that?
