Comcast emails to gmail

Why do the emails I send from my Comcast account to my gmail account never show up in gmail?

We appreciate you greatly for your patience while waiting for a response. I definately understand the importance of having your emails sent correctly. You've reached an awesome team who will do everything we can to assist with a solution. Can you tell us if you're using a third party email client when sending those emails or are you using our website when sending those emails?

I am using my Comcast website to send from. Also, if I send an email from my Comcast site to my own account it goes to spam.

Thanks for confirming that for me. Are you noticing any issues when sending emails to another email provider? Additionally, If certain emails are being sent to the Spam folder they may need to be added as a contact from your email by selecting 'add to contacts' while the email is open. You can also update your preferred contact method by following these steps: comca.st/2Up66wN.

The only emails I send are from my Comcast account. It's only gmail accounts that do not receive my emails from my Comcast account. This is not the case with my wife's Comcast account. Her emails are received by gmail.

Hmm. That is definitely strange, @user_c3bcda. Let’s get this fixed. What I will do from here is pull up the account to troubleshoot your account specifically. To get started, would you mind sending over a private message with your first/last name and full address? You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner on your forums page when signed in. Once there, you can search for "Xfinity Support" to compose your peer to peer ("private") message.
