Comcast Email

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing my Comcast email. I can sign in to my Xfinity account, but whenever I try to access my email, I'm redirected back to the Xfinity article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information. I've also tried going directly to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite, but that results in the same loop.

This happened a few months ago as well, but eventually started working again on its own. I'm experiencing the same issue now and haven't been able to get help through the chatbot.

Could someone from Xfinity Support help me troubleshoot this and restore access to my existing email account? I have several older accounts and services linked to this address, so I'd really like to regain access to my mailbox. Thank you!
