Why not? You're not giving us much information to try and help you. Error messages? Going to webmail in order to log in? Using a third party email app?

I am having an issue getting into my email today too. I have tried directly on the xfinity website and all I get once putting in credentials is 3 dots pulsing in the middle of the screen. Getting in via iphone mail app or outlook doesn't work either.
