Comcast email

My Comcast email is not working with Outlook.  I keep getting a window asking for my password.  I changed my password and checked box to allow 3rd party service with Outlook Microsoft Exachange 365 but my email is still not working.  I called tech support who confirmed all my IMAP/SMTP settings are correct and we ran "Repair" mulitple times, even removed my comcast email and readded it but nothing works.  

Please advise.
