comcast email - unable to log in
My college aged daughter is unable to access her comcast email. She is getting an error message telling her to connect to her home wifi to reset her password. However, she is on our home wifi. She has had this email for about 7 years. We set up 4 email addresses on our family account back when it was just Comcast. However, now when I look at my primary account, I don't have any other email address attached to my primary. She needs to be able to recover her email. She did not have a problem accessing it at her college apartment, but when she is home, she can not access it.
