Comcast email to iOS mail app authentication

I get the message “The IMAP server ‘imap.Comcast.net’ doesn’t accept password authentication. Please check your account settings and try again.”

I have typed in the same login information that I use when I sign in on the Xfinity site.

Hi there, @Jackie384. Thank you for reaching out to us via our forums. Have you used the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/iphone-configure-comcast-email with instructions on how to set up the mail app?
