Comcast email server rejecting messages from heatherrun.org domain

Whenever I try to send an email message to the comcast.net domain from the heatherrun.org domain, I get the error message:

  Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

  Remote server returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 451 4.2.0 JEIRtQRoANoWlJEIStthCg internal error'

It appears that the heatherrun.org domain is on the Comcast blacklist. How do I get the heatherrun.org domain added to the Comcast whitelist?

I called Comcast Customer Security Assurance. After 45 minutes on the phone, the representative I was talking to still did not even understand the problem. In the end, she said it was not their problem because they did not control the Comcast email server. Also, she said the issue could not be escalated because it was not their problem.

@davm6a To report a blocked website we would have you fill out this form. There is an option from the drop-down menu that I believe will get your issue resolved. Let us know how the process goes after you submit your form.

I don't have a blocked website or an IP address. I submitted the form anyway and not surprisingly, the automated response came back saying that none of my IP addresses are on the Comcast blocklist.

@davm6a

Thanks for confirming,  If heatherrun.org it's not showing it to be blacklisted when you reached out to the customer security insurance team,  I would recommend you reach out to your Internet provider to see why you're not able to send emails to a Comcast e-mail account.

You may also need to reach out to your e-mail provider to see why you're getting that message, as there could be an issue with your settings or spam filter settings.

  When I did a quick Google search that message is usually because the sender is sending too much mail for its authentication status

The customer security assurance team did not say if the heatherrun.org domain was blacklisted or not since they said they did not control the Comcast email server. When I asked them who does control the Comcast email server, they said they did not know, and they said the issue could not be escalated because it was out of their control.

Our email provider is GoDaddy. When emails are sent out to our organization's members, approximately 30 domains are included (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.) with the messages getting through to all the servers in those domains, except for comcast.net. A typical group email has about 150 recipients.

Thank you for the update @davm6a. If the Customer security team could not assist you there you may have to reach out to GoDaddy and your internet provider to see if they can assist.
