Comcast email problems
Every time today(12/17/24) when I try to get into my email, it just bounces me back to some page that says I can access my email by clicking on this link. The problem is it doesn't work. Nothing is working.

Same here. Been going on for most of the morning. Happening on my laptop, desktop and phone. I turned off phone wifi and tried connecting with cell signal and got the same result.

Can confirm this is happening on mobile and desktop. Whether you click the suggested link or navigate to the account menu, both roads lead back to the xfinity home page saying "Looking for email?"

CAN'T GET TO EMAIL NO MATTER WHAT I TRY. ---CONTINUALLY LOOPS BACK TO THE new 'DISCOVERY HUB'. My voice mail still appears normal. — I called Customer Service, and they told me they have had over 10,000 CALLS this morning about this issue. Agent apologized, with no info or time estimate on when engineers will have this email fixed. Stop apologizing — and test your system changes BEFORE 'go live'. Apologies are useless. If every customer DEMANDS A $ CREDIT, maybe that will get the Comcast leaderships attention. All they understand is profit. The fact that the 'DISCOVERY HUB' is trying to sell you new services says it all.
