Comcast Email on iphone

I had to recently change my xfinity password and my phone wouldn't accept the new password.  I think bcuz MFA was turned on.  I turned MFA off and again attempted to log in and it still won't accept my password.  Keeps saying creds are incorrect.  What do I need to do to get my email back on my phone?  I have already read your online documentation.  Please advise.........

I am able to log into the Xfinity app on my phone with no issues.

No, I am using my new password as well.  When I sign in via the PC it works fine.

Just to clarify. On your PC both our online website and the third-party email client work well? Or just our online website? Have you checked the phone email settings to make sure they are correct? You can check how to set up your Xfinity Email address with an email program HERE

That's good to know, thank you so much.  Does your phone have an auto-login feature that saves passwords when entered? If so, can you purge this password and try again using the new data?
