Comcast email on iPhone - password reset issue and Comcast not available error message

Went around and around and around on all the forms tried everything and it gets fixed and then a few months later it starts so I finally give up and I added the xfinity.com Comcast email to my home screen and now that if I have to go to Comcast I can at least get it there by going through Safari. No email account

Hi there @user_kbldrq Are you still experiencing issues at this time? Since you are able to somewhat access your email, it could be the settings. Have you tried the setting up your email here. You can also make sure you have your settings updated here.Please let us know if this helps!
