comcast email not logging in on apple

my comcast email logged me out out of my apple mail app and it is not letting me get back with the correct info

Hi there, @user_741iiy I'm very sorry for the trouble that you are having with logging into your email account. If your Comcast email is not logging back into your Apple Mail app despite using the correct information, try removing and re-adding the Comcast email account in Mail settings. Ensure you're using the correct Xfinity ID and password.-Richard

The correct info is correct but it saying it is incorrect

yes nothing is working. anyway to transfer my comcast account to another email

Thank you, @user_741iiy. Have you tried going to settings (upper right-hand side), security, and then clicking on the box that allows third-party apps to access the email account and seeing if that works?-Richard
