Comcast email not loading in Outlook on laptop

I am having a similar problem to what many people have said in this thread. My Comcast email stopped loading in Outlook on my desktop on February 5th.  A Comcast agent could not help me fix it. Gmail is working in the app, just not my Comcast email. I also had a Geek Squad agent try to help and they could not fix it either.

BB626 Thanks for reaching our about your email not loading in Outlook at this time. Can you confirm if it is working when you try to access it through our website?

@BB626

What is the make and model of your laptop? Have you enabled third party access to email in your device's settings?

I have an HP Envy and yes I have.  I have had numerous tech support people check the settings and they are correct. New Comcast email is only loading in the Classic Outlook not the new Outlook.  Both Geek Squad and Microsoft told me it is a Comcast issue currently happening in the new Outlook.

@BB626, If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message
