Comcast Email Not Being Received by Recipients but in Sent Folder
Since sometime in January, we've just discovered that one of our Comcast email accounts is sending emails, but they are not being received by multiple recipients. Since we are sending invoices to business clients using this account, this is causing a lot of issues. Comcast phone and chat support is of little help.
How is best to troubleshoot and correct this issue? We are hoping that this forum is being monitored by high level Comcast tech support.
Thank you very much for any help.

@comfortzones Please PM me the email(s) you are having this issue with. You are likely being blocked from sending emails containing spam/phishing indicators. I can clear the filtration for you, but keep in mind that the way you ended up filtered for spam/phishing is likely due to the fact that you are sending those invoices to businesses. It is also a common phishing ploy to send invoices to businesses in hopes of infecting an entire company network with malware/ransomware/viruses. This is a crucial rule that likely wont be removed as its one of the most common types of phishing emails. This policy is in place to not only protect our subscribers, but those that also communicate with our subcribers.
The ultimate recommendation i can make is that if you are going to be sending emails in a business capacity, to also use an email service suited for business practices. This could be anything from a more public email service to an actual hosted domain with your own business name. Other alternatives would be to use a different delivery method for invoices(example:delivery through a website interface for invoices).

If @ComcastCSAEmail or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
If you have business service, you should post your question at http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/.
