Comcast email loop. Xfinity connect won’t load, sends me back to home page.

Comcast email loop. Xfinity connect won’t load, sends me back to home page if I click on “email”.

I have tried clearing cache, clearing cookies, logging in and out numerous times, trying different devices, and trying every browser available.  Nothing seems to work.
