Good afternoon @user_l0h3mq. To access your Comcast email, please visit the Xfinity Connect page. From there, sign in using your Xfinity ID (this can be your Comcast email address, a personal email address, or your mobile number) along with your password.
If you're a new Comcast customer you won't have a comcast.net email account.

I’m trying to access my email by using @@Comcast’s.net and not finding the text box to enter my email address.
We can't help you unless you give us more details.
How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
