Comcast email imap trouble

Out of country this week. Comcast email stopped working. Says IMAP password wrong. Restarted iPhone - no good. Reset password at xfinity - no good. WiFi and cell data working. Next steps?

Hello Krane999! Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums and sharing the trouble you are having with accessing your email on your iphone. I'm sorry to read that the email stopped working. I know how important email is for keeping connected especially when traveling.

Typically, when there is a need to reset the password, once you reset the password and update the email client settings the issue is resolved. Curious is it's isolated to the email client alone. Can you access your email when you visit connect.xfinity.com?

I have the same problem and it does not give you the option forgot password.. I too need help.
