Comcast Email Completely Inaccessible and Server Rejecting My Address [Edited]

My Comcast email account has completely stopped working, and after trying every available troubleshooting option, I still cannot get anyone to fix it.

I can sign in to my Xfinity account successfully. However, when I select Check Email, the screen briefly says “Loading email” and then redirects me back to the Xfinity homepage. I cannot access my mailbox, send email, or receive email.

I have already tried all of the following:

- Accessing the account on a desktop computer

- Multiple desktop browsers

- iPhone and iPad

- Private and incognito browsing

- Clearing cookies and cache on every device

- Deleting emails through the iPhone Mail app

- Visiting an Xfinity store in person

- Calling Xfinity technical support

- Using Xfinity’s AI chat support

The mailbox previously showed a message from Postmaster@comcast.net stating that it was at 100% quota. However, I cannot access Xfinity webmail to properly manage the mailbox, and deleting emails through the iPhone Mail app has not restored service.

Most importantly, someone tried sending an email to my Comcast address from a completely separate phone and email account. They received an error stating that my email was not a valid email address and had been rejected by the server.

This confirms that the problem is not being caused by my desktop, browser, phone, tablet, cache, password, or local email settings. The Comcast server itself is rejecting my email address, so this appears to be a server-side mailbox, account provisioning, entitlement, quota synchronization, suspension, or migration issue. There is nothing else I can do from my devices to correct it.

My existing support ticket number is:

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

I need an official Xfinity employee to review this ticket and escalate the issue to the appropriate backend email engineering team. Please investigate:

- Whether my Comcast mailbox is still marked active

- Whether the email address and mailbox are properly provisioned

- Whether the email entitlement is correctly attached to my Xfinity account

- Whether the mailbox was suspended, disabled, or improperly deactivated

- Whether the server-side quota is stuck at 100%

- Whether the mailbox is caught in a failed Comcast-to-Yahoo migration

- Whether the mailbox needs to be reprovisioned, repaired, or restored

I have exhausted all reasonable customer-side troubleshooting. Please do not direct me to clear my cache, try another browser, use another device, or remove and re-add the email account again. Those steps have already been attempted repeatedly on desktop, iPhone, and iPad.

This requires a server-side investigation and repair. Please escalate ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"] and help restore access to my Comcast email address.

... deleting emails through the iPhone Mail app has not restored service ...

The contents of all your folders count against your quota, not just Inbox. Even the contents of Trash count against it. If you deleted a bunch of messages but didn't empty Trash, you still won't be under quota. You need to empty the Trash folder.
