Comcast email address not working

I have had a comcast email address for 15 plus years. I can not speak to anyone regarding this email address that has suddenly stopped working and I can not update password. I have tried online support and calling Customer Supprt 7 times and I can not get to a person to help me. I have important items going to that email address and I can not get anyone to look into it. I have tried adding it to my email addresses on Xfinity app and received an error. I need to speak to someone regarding this email address. No AI online help is equivalent to my problem.

I have tried the text to 266278 and receive the same garbage responses.

What Xfinity has done with customer support is a crime. This is no way to treat your customers. It is a shame because they have a great service but are worthless is helping their customers. Not everything can be helped with an AI bot.

I think what needs to happen is an internet campaign needs to happen referring everyone to file a complaint with the FCC. This is a great way to ruin a business.

How can I SPEAK to someone to troubleshoot my email address?
