About 2 weeks ago my comcast email became very inconsistent in loading. Keep getting comcast is currently unavailable. I have t-mobile. As an FYI, my verizon phone works fine. Exact same settings.
Hello, @user_a0774b We understand how important it is to have reliable access to your email, having issues connecting to email isn't the experience we want for you and I assure you that you are in good hands with us here. I would like to clarify the issue so that we can help. Is your email only giving you issues when you are connected to your home network, or is this happening intermittently no matter what network you are connected to?
I am experiencing the same issue on my iphone. I am able to send emails through my iOS email app, but the iphone will not download or sinc with the comcast mail box. This occurs no matter whether I am using cell data or wifi, VPN on or off. I have shut down the phone and restarted it a few times.

I had no problems receiving emails from Comcast on my Iphone until I recently updated my Norton 360 app, and also updated my OSI version on 4/11/23. It looks like my VPN defaulted to "on" (with one of those two updates) without me being aware of this. I could not get my emails to sync all morning and received a "Comcast is not currently available notice", and found no guidance that helped to correct the problem. However, I decided to inadvertently check Norton for my VPN status and found it was on (even on my trusted network), then turned it off, and voila, my emails came rolling in. I'm not sure but it seems like this will be a problem with my VPN on in the future. I think its related to Norton's ad tracker blocker feature but haven't confirmed this
