Was your comcast.net email migrated to Yahoo Mail?  Did you accept their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?  To access your comcast.net email you would need to sign in with your comcast.net credentials at https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com

Otherwise, a few more details might help us understand what is going on.  But, if your comcast.net email has migrated to Yahoo! Mail, you would now need to get in touch with their support team if you're having problems accessing it.

The Yahoo support team can be contacted at 1-866-764-7650.

NEED to look at my emails

We can't help you unless you give us more details.
  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail? or through a device like your phone, or iPad, etc.
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

Good afternoon @user_ya4s8i and thank you for reaching out with your email concerns, we appreciate it. As @Again pointed out, we need a bit more detail in order to best assist. Are you able to answer the questions they shared, so we can help determine next best steps and provide proper guidance?

Thanks for reaching out to us. The information that @Again provided is great information on the Xfinity e-mail migration to Yahoo

To clarify, did you already process the migration of your e-mail over to Yahoo?

Are you able to access your Comcast email via  https://www.xfinity.com/email
