comcast blocking certain email providers

I have an email acct with airmail.cc.  I am unable to send an email to my comcast account.  I can send one to my gmail acct no problem.  Yes I checked the spam and junk folders.  Yes I sent an email from my comast acct to my airmail.cc acct and then replied.  Still the emails never get thru.  I also disabled all junk/spam filters.  I get tons of junk mail in my comcast email box so not sure why they are blocking this one server.  How do I get around this stupid feature?

If @ComcastSPAAbuse or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
