Comcast billing and weekly promotional emails

Comcast  billing and weekly promotional emails go to a secondary email rather than the primary email for my account. I have asked repeatedly to get this corrected. My wireless goes to the correct email, but internal invoices and weekly promotional emails go to a separate (secondary account). Please help get this fixed.
