Hello, @user_gbssxh! It sounds like you are having a bit of trouble navigating back to your inbox after a browser cleanup. Since clearing the cache and cookies logs a user out of most sessions, you likely just need to go back to the direct sign-in portal. The most direct way to access Xfinity email is through the official webmail portal, HERE. Alternatively, go to Xfinity.com and click the Email icon (envelope) or the Account icon in the top right corner. And let us know if that helps! If you are a new customer, however, you will not have a Comcast email address, only an XfinityID.
