Collected Address

When forwarding or sending an e-mail and I go to All Contacts, it will show my address books. Under that heading is shows collected addresses then address book under that. How do I delete everything in the Collected address line only?

Open the Address Book.  Then open Collected Addresses.  Click on the checkbox at the top of the column to select all of the contacts on that page.  Then in the toolbar click on Delete.  You may have to do this more than once depending on how many there are in that folder.

I don't see "Collected Addresses."  I have addresses that pop up in autofill that are NOT in my address book.  I want to get rid of them.

Are you using the account on a mobile device?  If so, it will look different than it does on a computer.  On the mobile version, when on the Inbox page, tap the "hamburger" icon to the left of "Xfinity" in the black band, and you will see "Collected addresses".  Tap on that to open it.

From the email webpage you should see Address Book listed across the top.  Click on that and you should see My address books in the left pane and under that Collected addresses.  Just click on that.
