Coax cable from utility pole needs replacement after 20+ years affecting up to 6 houses maybe entire street block

Recently me and 5 other of my neighbors are having internet issues since last year of September. After first it was just YouTube pausing and videos not loading but then it became constant connection lost with increase packet loss to servers while online. Today I was trying to download some drivers for my computer and my download speed was 10 kbps and my plan is 300 mbps download speed. 1024 kbps equals 1mbps btw. The coax cable lines from the utility poles haven’t been replaced for 20years and it’s been damaged from weather and birds and time and rust and what not. Xfinity customer service and website says it can bring a cable worker periodically to change internet cables from street poles every once and a while to maintain proper connections and speeds like every couple of years not 20+ years with no change. My address is 2237 East 21st Street, Oakland, California, 94606. Approximately 5 other houses in my lot also needs replacing of lines too so please respond back asap with a technician thank you.
