Hi there. Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your email concerns. Did you disconnect your internet account?

@XfinityRoberto I am trying to.  I no longer wish to use [Edited: "Personal Information"].  This address has been hacked so many times I have lost count.  6-8 spam messages a day.

user_13vmrq, If you’re no longer a customer, your Comcast email can stay active as long as you log in periodically. If you’d like to fully close it, you’ll need to contact Xfinity support and request that your Xfinity ID be deleted. Keep in mind, this will permanently remove all emails, and the address cannot be reused later.

If you would like help with this,

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary.

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page).

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

• Press Enter to send your message.

I have a similar request. Decades ago, from the master Comcast account, I created several E-mail accounts (including the one that I am writing to you from now). Two moves later, these accounts are not associated with the master Comcast account (which is used for Comcast cable service account management).  I cannot find a way to completely delete the useless accounts. These accounts collect spam, and for the occasional legitimate message it would be preferable for the sender to receive a "no account here" error message than for them to simply going into the bit bucket (I check the account every few weeks just in case).

How can I connect directly with someone who can kill these unused accounts off once and for all? There appears to be no documentation on that.

Thank you.
